Job Description HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers – Rugby£21.29ph | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Bookings | Immediate Starts Rugby Staff Co Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Rugby.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent long-term work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates within a well-organised 5-day operation.
Drivers will benefit from a straightforward depot-to-depot trunking role with regular Monday to Friday block bookings and consistent start times.
Pay Rates (PAYE) £21.29ph including holiday pay What the role involves You'll be completing depot-to-depot trunking work with no store deliveries or multi-drop involved.
Start times are between 17:00 and 23:59, with Monday to Friday block bookings available every week .
The operation runs 5 days per week, with shifts averaging 10–12 hours and 8 hours guaranteed per shift.
Immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.
Our ideal candidate Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 year Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)Has excellent knowledge of the UK road network Staff Co Direct provides weekly pay, PPE, online driver portal access, pension scheme enrolment, ongoing support from a dedicated account team, and consistent long-term bookings.
