StaffCo Direct are actively recruiting for Warehouse supervisors for one of our extremely well recognised clients based in Portbury .
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is able to take on the company's ethos and assist us in the support of our client's day to day operation. . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience, leadership skills, and forklift truck licences.
Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 07:00 – 15:30
- 40 hours per week
- Working pattern: 5 days out of 6 , including 2 Saturdays out of every 3
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the day-to-day warehouse operation
- Leading and supporting the warehouse team
- Ensuring productivity, quality, and health & safety standards are maintained
- Managing stock movements and warehouse processes
- Assisting with goods in, goods out, and inventory control
- Operating forklift trucks when required
Essential Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
- Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Reach Truck Licence
- Experience using warehouse management system
What we offer:
- Hourly Rate Afternoons: £15.75 paye (£17.65 with holiday pay )
