StaffCo Direct are recruiting 7.5 Tonne Drivers for ongoing home delivery work based in Marsh Leys, Regular ongoing work or Part time work to suit your lifestyle bookings This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
AM (Mon–Sun): £15.31ph plus holiday pay,
Overtime after 48Hrs ; £22.97 plus holiday pay
What the role involves
2 man home delivery operation delivering white goods/furniture to residential properties, heavy lifting if required. Well-maintained fleet. Shifts are typically 10 – 12 hrs shifts, 05:30/09:30 start times approx, This is a customer focused role so not just a driver, some deliveries include installation which training will be given. The role is working 5 days out of 7 for full time work.
The role does entail a driver assessment followed by 3 day training induction and then you would be buddied up with a trainer for your 1st few days to ensure you get a full onboarding process for the role.
Our ideal candidate
Holds a valid 7.5 Tonne licence
Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes)
A D & A test will be held at Assmt
