About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our friendly and professional domiciliary care team supporting people in their own homes across Bournemouth and Poole. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality home care, personal care, and community care support to elderly and vulnerable individuals, helping them remain independent and safe in their own homes. This is a permanent full-time care assistant role for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent domiciliary care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting
- Supporting clients with daily living activities in their own homes
- Assisting with medication prompts and basic health monitoring
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light household duties such as cleaning and laundry
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
- Travelling between clients' homes to deliver domiciliary care visits
- Maintaining accurate care records and care notes

Requirements
