About the Role

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and skilled Agency Nurses to join our growing team. You will work across a variety of nursing homes in the Bournemouth, Southampton, and Portsmouth areas, providing high-quality care and supporting residents' health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Respond effectively to clinical emergencies and safeguard residents.
  • Uphold dignity, respect, and professional boundaries at all times.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a nursing home or similar environment.
  • Ability to travel to various locations across Bournemouth, Southampton & Portsmouth.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Up-to-date training: Basic Life Support, Manual Handling, Medication Management, Infection Control (or willingness to update).
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
