About the Role
We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and skilled Agency Nurses to join our growing team. You will work across a variety of nursing homes in the Bournemouth, Southampton, and Portsmouth areas, providing high-quality care and supporting residents' health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Respond effectively to clinical emergencies and safeguard residents.
- Uphold dignity, respect, and professional boundaries at all times.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a nursing home or similar environment.
- Ability to travel to various locations across Bournemouth, Southampton & Portsmouth.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Up-to-date training: Basic Life Support, Manual Handling, Medication Management, Infection Control (or willingness to update).
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.
