During this period, you will develop the tools necessary to begin taking on your own workload in the form of small operations projects. You will be involved in supporting external client stakeholder management through meeting attendance and internal preparation meetings, with the support of the wider department.
You will develop an understanding of the processes required for project success and will, by the end of the placement, be able to take responsibility for tasks in our operations department.
