Role Overview: The successful candidate will be based at our Leicester depot, working closely with the Head of Location and key stakeholders to support the delivery of operational and business objectives. We’re seeking an experienced leader with strong commercial awareness who can bring people, processes and performance together. Leading the business support function, you’ll create an environment where people can thrive, drive continuous improvement and build strong stakeholder relationships while helping shape the future direction of our business.
