Event Operations Manager

Overview

Oversee the daily running of all events, including but not limited to football clubs. This role includes management of Stewarding, Traffic Management, SIA Security, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation & Event Parking Operations. You will develop our team of Operations Coordinators, supervisors and overall teams at each site. You will work closely with recruitment, staffing and training teams to ensure the right number and calibre of staff are deployed at each venue. You will work closely with clients both old and new in developing new and existing business. You will develop and implement operational plans and risk assessments. You will work with the finance department to ensure budgets are met.
