About the Role
As an Events F&B Team Member, you’ll be the face of our service, ensuring all guests enjoy a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality experience. From setting up spaces and serving drinks to assisting with room turnovers and managing guest requests, you’ll help deliver events that exceed expectations.
You’ll work flexibly across our event operations, collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth execution and an outstanding level of service.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and break down conference and event spaces according to client specifications
• Serve food and beverages with speed, precision, and professionalism
• Deliver personalised customer service aligned with the Hilton vision: “To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality”
• Work collaboratively across F&B teams to support all event requirements
• Manage customer queries and issues confidently and report feedback to the Events Manager
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
• Handle payments via MICROS and other payment systems
• Promote up-selling opportunities and support cost-efficiency measures
• Adhere to licensing, food safety, and operational procedures at all times
