We are looking for an experienced Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator to join us at Stadium in our head office in Coventry. We are looking for someone to join the active and rewarding world that is Events, Training and Facilities Management.
If successful, you will be a part of our staffing and recruitment team which places you at the heart of our business. This role is both rewarding and highly pressured! As Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator youwill be responsible for:
- Planning and carrying out scheduling of 300+ staff across various sites nationally
- Ensuring that recruitment KPI’s are tracked and met effectively
- Updating spreadsheets and in-house systems
- Liaising with clients over phone and email
- Ensuring all recruitment processes are adhered to
- Communicating across all relevant departments pre and post event
- Sending out start times to staff, creating rota’s and timesheets
- Ensuring operations have all necessary paperwork for their event days
- Conducting remote site inductions
- Assisting the Operations and HR team with general performance management and HR issues
- Assisting in the complete candidate journey from initial application through to employment
- Be invested in guaranteeing all candidates are managed fairly through an ethical process
- Interviewing and screening candidates, assessing skills, experience, and personality to fit the needs of our clients
- Offering on the day support to the operations team, liaising between them and our casual staff
- Bring new ideas to the table to contribute to our continual aim to deliver the best service to our candidates and clients alike
- Liaise with colleagues in all departments and be willing to assist across departments when required
The successful Staffing Coordinator will have the following experience:
- Background in Staffing, HR, recruitment, or events
- Excellent time and resource management skills
- Good knowledge of excel
- Ability to work to a high standard under pressure is absolutely paramount
- Positive energy and the ability to motivate those around you
- Business minded and keen to bring new ideas to the table
