We are looking for SIA Door Supervisors to work at events in Wolverhampton and across the Midlands. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at a multitude of events such as sporting events, concerts, and festivals, in particular:Wolverhampton Wanderers, Derby County FC, Leicester City FC, Chelsea FC, Silverstone Race Circuit, Everton FC, Wigan Warriors, Wigan Athletic, Burnley FC, Manchester United FC, Chelsea FC, and many more! Transport to other events around the country may occasionally be available to events when needed.

We consistently achieve this goal through the three key parts of our business: Event Services, Training, and temporary Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM). We pride ourselves on providing a world-class level of customer service and are looking for industry-leading experts to join us in experiencing working at what we like to call, the world\’s special moments!
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Welcoming all visitors to the venue
- Searching bags and persons before entering the venue
- Placing tags on bags once checked
- Sweeping and clearing persons from closed areas
- Assisting with evacuation procedures
- Ejecting fans from the venue/event
- Providing security related comms to members of public
- Preventing fans from taking alcohol pitch side
- Preventing fans from smoking or vaping
- Preventing fans from standing on non-safe standing areas
- Access control to VIP/ Player or Hospitality areas
- Dealing with any queries and offering additional information regarding the event
- Checking access passes (where applicable)
- Helping to direct flow of foot traffic
- Offer an excellent level of customer service to ensure the smooth running of the event
- Being the eyes and ears of the event and ensuring the safety team have the information they require
- Support other positions where necessary including stewarding, Traffic and Car Park teams.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- SIA Door Supervisor badge
- You must have a good level of verbal and written English
- The ability to react calmly in high pressured situations
Hours of work:
Shift times will vary on each event, early and late shifts will be available.
All work is offered on a casual basis giving you flexibility to work around your current commitments.
Rate of pay:
The hourly rate will be £13.25.
If you have previously worked as a customer service assistant, event steward, NVQ Level 2 spectator safety steward, car park marshal, traffic management operative, traffic attendant, hospitality host, front of house or any other relatable role please apply today with your CV attached!
