Overview
We are looking for a mobile cleaning operative to work as part of our team, supporting the company throughout the East and West Midlands areas. The successful applicant will work alongside our Operations Team to cover a variety of different contracts covering staff holidays, sickness leave, completing specialist tasked work and training team members. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours in line with company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Cover contracts for staff holidays, sickness leave, completing specialist tasked work and training team members as part of a busy operations schedule.
- Support the Operations Team to deliver a high standard of cleaning across contracts.
- Be available to work flexible hours in line with company requirements, including early mornings and evenings.
- Participate in on-call cover as required (weekends on rotation).
Qualifications and Requirements
- Very good attention to detail in every aspect of work and personal appearance.
- Commitment to providing our customers with the very best cleaning service possible.
- Good communication skills, energetic, and able to work to fixed time objectives.
- Full UK driving licence; vehicle provided by the company for business use. Must be able to drive a manual vehicle.
Compensation and Schedule
- Rate of pay: £14.00 per hour, with Company Car (vehicle fully expensed by the company). Mileage allowance paid for travel time.
- We guarantee a minimum of 20 hours per week; additional hours available upon request.
- Hours: between 5am–8am and 6pm–11pm, Monday to Friday; weekend on-call cover required once a month in rotation.
