As a Technical Operator 2, you'll join a high-performing team in a key Process Unit, keeping vital pharmaceutical products flowing safely, efficiently and on time. You'll work to the highest GMP and Health & Safety standards, own your area end-to-end, and play a direct role in getting quality medicines to the patients who need them most.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Produce high-quality finished products by following clear SOPs and departmental instructions.
  • Own your paperwork: complete all documentation accurately, on time, and in full compliance with procedures.
  • Keep production running smoothly by supporting changeovers, troubleshooting with Machine Technicians, and assisting with PPM.
  • Champion standards: ensure GMP and HS&E compliance, line clearances, and timely equipment calibration.
  • Help drive performance by planning work centre activities, monitoring OEE and KPIs, and actively contributing to daily briefings and SCC.
  • Build capability across the team by supporting operator training, providing flexible backup across the business.

Working shift patterns available:

  • Rotational days; M-Thu 0600-1336 / 1330-2200 Fri: 0600-1336 / 1330-1730
  • Nights only: M-Thu 2154-0606 / Fri 1724-2236

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid foundation in Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent), Basic IT skills to handle systems and documentation ideally with experience of SAP based production systems.
  • Proven experience in a controlled manufacturing environment, ideally with regulated processes.
  • A genuine team player who can work cross-functionally and support colleagues across different areas.
  • Sharp attention to detail, ensuring work is accurate, compliant and right first time.
  • Acts with respect, supports equal opportunities and consistently lives the company’s values.
  • Always safety-minded, with a strong sense of environmental responsibility in day-to-day work.
