How you will make an impact:

  • Be the first point of contact for IT support across UK GIS and STADA.
  • Provide technical support to end users remotely and face to face.
  • Log and resolve support requests in line with service processes and SLAs.
  • Maintain hardware and software records and support business continuity.
  • Help roll out and support digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Support automation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote good customer service, cybersecurity awareness and compliance with company policies.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong interest in IT, technology and digital innovation.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks and cloud‑based platforms.
