About The Role

As a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst within the Gx team, you will play a critical role in driving data‑driven decisions across generics, branded generics, and biosimilar portfolios.

By gathering, cleansing, and analysing large data sets, you will provide actionable insights and reporting to optimise the sales force effectiveness (SFE) pillars.

Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering impact to the NHS, pharmacy, and patients while supporting the Commercial Excellence team in achieving smarter, faster solutions.

  • How You Will Make An Impact
  • Develop regular and ad hoc reports for sales and marketing teams to drive competitive advantage and strategic decision‑making.
  • Support the SFE Manager in delivering SFE pillars such as segmentation, targeting, territory alignment and performance tracking.
  • Provide actionable insights to regional managers using data and analyses to improve the Go‑To‑Market model.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to understand NHS customers and deliver actionable insights that drive improvements.
  • Challenge existing processes and champion smarter, faster solutions for decision‑making.
  • Contribute to building an analytics ecosystem, driving clarity, automation and autonomy for data users.
  • What Makes You a Great Fit
  • A university degree, preferably in a related field.
  • Proven experience in analytics with insight delivery; database/data engineering knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VBA knowledge desirable) and familiarity with tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
  • Strong reporting/dashboarding skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • High adaptability and ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional multitasking and project‑management skills.
  • Agility in gaining industry knowledge and stakeholder management.
