As an Operational Launch Project Manager for Generics & Specialty Medicines, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless introduction of pharmaceutical products into the UK market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely launches.
  • Coordinating with departments like supply chain, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and commercial to align activities and achieve launch objectives.
  • Developing detailed operational launch plans with scenario planning to mitigate risks and avoid resource constraints.
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP and regulatory requirements for launches in relevant markets.
  • Communicating progress effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management.

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operational launches and project management within the UK pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and operational requirements for generic and specialty drug launches.
