Reading | UK | Full-time | Permanent
As eCommerce Activation Manager, you will set and lead the online activation strategy for STADA UK’s Consumer Health portfolio across our key retailer.com partners.
You will define how our brands show up online, owning end-to-end campaign performance from retail media and onsite activation through to the quality of the digital shelf to drive traffic, conversion, penetration and brand equity.
Working closely with CHC Marketing, Digital, Sales and external agencies, you will build customer-level activation plans, shape ROI-driven retail media investments and establish standards and frameworks that guide activation across our retailer base.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Develop a UK omnichannel eActivation strategy and customer-level plans that connect digital channels and retailer.com across the full consumer journey, translating brand and media strategies into clear activation calendars for key accounts and marketplaces.
- Act as the UK business owner for PIM in CHC eCommerce, defining content standards, attribute models and governance while working with IT/Data, Regulatory and global teams to ensure accurate, structured and compliant product data.
- Own the strategy and planning framework for retail media and onsite activation, setting objectives and investment guidelines and overseeing placements such as sponsored search, banners, brand pages, email and events in line with brand and promotional priorities.
- Define KPI frameworks for eActivation, use dashboards and AI-enabled analytics to track performance, lead campaign and customer reviews and turn insights into optimisation roadmaps, playbooks and test-and-learn programmes.
- Champion eCommerce activation across the business, influencing brand plans and media allocations, partnering with Regulatory and Quality for compliant execution, building retailer relationships, and developing toolkits and ways of working that scale best practice.
What We Are Looking For
- You will bring 3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, eCommerce activation, shopper marketing or media (ideally in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare), with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to pitch ROI-led growth opportunities internally.
- Have hands‑on experience planning and optimising digital or retailer media campaigns and understand the eCommerce funnel, knowing how creative, media, content standards, data and digital shelf execution combine to drive sales and brand outcomes.
- You are confident interpreting performance data and dashboards, leveraging insights and AI-enabled tools to shape optimisation strategies and inform future activation planning.
- You collaborate effectively with media and creative agencies, IT/Data teams and retailer media partners, bringing excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple brands, customers and stakeholders with clear priorities and timelines.
- You are a strong communicator and influencer who simplifies complex topics, gains alignment across functions and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and annual bonus scheme.
- Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme offering 8% employer contribution rates.
- Hybrid working – we spend three days of your choice in the office, with the remaining days working at home.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays with the potential to buy up to 5 additional days.
