As a Commercial Analyst within the Gx team at STADA, you will play a key role in driving pricing strategies, commercial decision‑making, and market performance through robust data analysis. You will be responsible for gathering, cleansing, and analysing large datasets to generate objective reporting and actionable insights across all relevant marketed Gx products. By developing clear, reliable dashboards and analytical models, you will support the Gx Hub in delivering increased data transparency, automation, and autonomy for business users. Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and the IT department, you will contribute to improving data processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and building scalable analytical solutions that adapt to the business’s evolving needs. Your work will directly shape strategic initiatives and enable informed, data‑driven decision‑making.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Provide regular and ad‑hoc reports to the Gx Hub, presenting insights with clear recommendations.
  • Ensure market intelligence needs are met to create competitive advantages through strategic use of data.
  • Shape business initiatives by delivering insightful business intelligence and dashboards.
  • Challenge current processes to implement smarter, faster solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting tools for the Gx Hub.
  • Analyze pricing trends in the UK market and support external data collection needs.
  • Collaborate on the analytics ecosystem within the Gx & Commercial Excellence team.
  • Support audit and compliance preparations related to pricing systems.

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • University degree (preferably in data analytics, business, or engineering).
  • Proven analytics experience with insight delivery.
  • Understanding of Excel (knowledge of VBA is desirable).
  • High proficiency in tools like Alteryx, PowerBI, or similar applications.
  • Competent reporting and dashboarding skills.
  • Database/Data Engineering knowledge is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
  • High drive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agility in gaining industry knowledge.
