How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Operate production lines by following Standard Operating Procedures to deliver high-quality finished products.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) standards.
  • Support production by participating in machine changeovers, line clearances, and routine maintenance alongside Machine Technicians.
  • Provide cross-functional support to other departments and take on additional tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Operate motorized runabout and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and improve line performance using KPIs and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new and existing Operators to maintain high performance standards
What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (required).
  • Basic IT proficiency to support documentation and system-based tasks.
  • Experience in a controlled manufacturing environment and willingness to work shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
  • Team player with a flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrates company values, respects others, and upholds safety and environmental responsibilities.
