About the Role
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth for STADA UK? As a Portfolio & Launch Analyst within our Rx team, you'll identify, evaluate, and help implement the launch of new prescription (Gx) product opportunities in line with our global portfolio strategy. By analysing the UK market and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure we remain the NHS's preferred partner of choice.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Oversee the operational management of the new product evaluation process, including business case creation for Generics.
- Lead the development of business cases by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to define local potential and Go-To-Market strategies.
- Manage the local portfolio assessment process, acting as the primary contact for the global team and maintaining systems to track business case progress.
- Conduct market analyses to identify gaps and recommend new opportunities to expand the local portfolio.
- Use sales data to identify trends, provide insights, and enhance decision-making on portfolio strategies.
- Present business cases to UK leadership for approval and upload forecasts to global systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to ensure seamless pipeline launches.
- Support the commercialisation process for new launches, ensuring effective knowledge transfer across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Education: University degree, preferably in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
- Experience: Understanding of product launch and commercialization processes, with knowledge of the NHS and healthcare environment.
- Skills: High commercial acumen with strong numeracy skills. Intermediate Excel abilities (or willingness to learn advanced functions). Ability to manage multiple tasks and portfolios effectively. Strong attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective. Adaptability and the ability to influence stakeholders. A fast learner with a high level of drive and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
