As our Project Executive, youll be at the heart of critical projects and programmes across the business driving progress, bringing structure to complexity, and championing collaboration at every turn.
Youll roll up your sleeves to coordinate and execute projects across the full lifecycle, from kick-off to delivery, with the chance to shape high-impact strategic initiatives including New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD), and major UK-wide business improvements.

How You Will Make an Impact Help set up and embed robust project and programme management practices, from defining scope to maintaining clear, end-to-end plans.
Coordinate and attend project review meetings, tracking milestones, surfacing issues early and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Own the accuracy of key project systems and documentation from trackers and global PM tools to Gate docs, SKU creation and change control.
Manage changes to deliverables and timelines, ensuring updates are controlled, visible and well-communicated across stakeholders.
Champion agile, entrepreneurial ways of working, building strong relationships, energising teams and celebrating wins.
Support the resolution of project issues and conflicts with tact and clarity and drive continuous improvement by capturing and sharing lessons learned.
What We Are Looking For Experience in project coordination or support, ideally across multi-disciplinary FMCG projects (Rx, OTC or health & beauty a real plus).
Emerging leader with a collaborative style, comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments and supporting teams through change.
Growing commercial acumen and cross-functional understanding of EPD & NPD delivery, including working with third-party suppliers.
Clear, confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence.
Highly organised, proactive and flexible, able to juggle priorities and adapt quickly when plans shift.
Energetic, motivated problem-solver who stays curious, composed, professional and decisive when faced with ambiguity and challenge.
