As a Logistics Coordinator, your main responsibility is to manage Finished Goods stock efficiently from receipt at the 3rd Party Warehouse to Customer Distribution. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory through daily reconciliation between the SAP system and the 3PL warehouse, investigating discrepancies to prevent recurrence.
You should have a good understanding of GDP related to Warehousing and Distribution to ensure compliance with storage, transportation, and documentation standards. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Business Hubs, STADA Affiliates, Supply Chain, Customer Services, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Stock Monitoring and Reconciliation: Regularly review stock transactions, resolve anomalies, and perform root cause analysis to prevent issues.
- Shelf-Life Management: Monitor inventory shelf-life, report monthly, and work cross-functionally to mitigate risks.
- Effective Communication: Liaise with stakeholders regarding delivery schedules, logistics plans, and supply issues.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality team to ensure GDP compliance of freight forwarders and 3PL partners.
- Procurement and Organization: Raise Purchase Orders via Ariba/Cora and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Service Level Improvement: Aim to enhance service levels annually, supporting continuous process improvements.
- Logistics experience, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and reconciliation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing own workload and adhering to deadlines.
