Join us for a 12‑month placement in our Packaging Development team, where you’ll work on derma and household products that make it into people’s homes. You’ll be embedded in a growing R&D team, with the chance not just to learn, but to actively shape how we work—our processes, tools and best practices. Across the full packaging lifecycle, you’ll get hands‑on experience from early concepts through to launch, collaborating with experts in Formulation, Marketing, Regulation, Operations, Supply Chain and external suppliers. Along the way, you’ll build industry‑ready skills, gain exposure to real projects and grow your confidence in a dynamic, evolving environment.
We’re looking for a curious, motivated student who enjoys solving problems, is comfortable with change and ambiguity, and is excited to bring fresh ideas to help shape the future of our Packaging team.
How You Will Make An Impact- Help develop and deliver real packaging solutions for derma cosmetics and household products that reach consumers.
- Get hands‑on with packaging trials, testing and validation – from compatibility and transit tests to sustainability assessments.
- Own technical tasks: creating and maintaining specifications, drawings, test reports and supplier data.
- Play a key role in sustainability for new product development, contributing to greener packaging choices.
- Shape how the team works by improving processes and helping build new tools, templates and ways of working.
- Enjoy real responsibility, strong practical involvement and visible impact in a team that genuinely listens to your ideas.
- Currently studying a degree in Packaging, Engineering, Materials Science, Product Design or a related discipline, with a real interest in packaging innovation.
- Organised and analytical, able to manage tasks, priorities and details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring specifications, tests and documentation are accurate and reliable.
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with others and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive and curious, ready to take initiative, ask questions and suggest ideas rather than just follow instructions.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, a passion for sustainability or circular solutions, and technical documentation is beneficial.
