In this role, you will be a key member of the Finance team, working with accountants, payroll, and other stakeholders across the business. The position focuses primarily on tax compliance and reporting, with some involvement in strategic projects. You will oversee tax compliance for several UK entities, ensuring statutory obligations are met. Experience in both direct and indirect tax compliance is essential. Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Deliver accurate and timely tax reporting, forecasting, and compliance, working with internal teams and external advisors.
- Manage tax processes using SAP, Making Tax Digital (MTD), and STADA’s internal reporting tools.
- Support key compliance requirements including CFC, DAC6, OECD Pillar Two, and other statutory disclosures.
- Own the VAT process, including preparation, review, and submission of UK and international VAT returns, and coordinate with external advisors where needed.
- Support statutory tax and accounts deadlines (including peak reporting periods) and assist with data gathering for SAO processes, tax audits, and regulatory enquiries when required.
- Work across multiple tax areas including UK corporate tax, VAT, customs duties, Plastic Packaging Tax, and employment tax.
- Monitor UK and international tax legislation to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Partner with finance teams on VAT reconciliations and tax processes, ensuring strong controls and documentation.

- Experience managing tax compliance across multiple entities.
- Ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to non‑tax stakeholders and work effectively with colleagues across different functions.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to investigate systems and processes, identify potential improvements, and support implementation where needed.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic business environment, adapting to legislative changes and evolving business needs.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and respect for colleagues and stakeholders, aligned with STADA’s core values.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems desirable.
