- Role Purpose
The Artwork & Packaging Project Coordinator is responsible for managing projects and processes around the generation of artwork, obtaining regulatory text, marketing designs, and technical specifications for packaging.
You will collaborate with a wide network of internal stakeholders, including global affiliates, as well as external partners such as contract manufacturers, printers, design agencies, and own-label customers.
By bringing together all required documentation and design inputs within the artwork management system, you will enable the seamless creation of artwork by external suppliers.
Reporting to the Artwork & Packaging Manager, you will be accountable for delivering against agreed targets and deadlines.
The Coordinator oversees end-to-end artwork and packaging projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, consolidating required documentation and design inputs in the artwork management system, and ensuring delivery against agreed targets and deadlines.
- How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead and optimise end-to-end artwork and packaging processes, with a focus on efficient workflow and process management.
- Ensure all company artwork and barcode deliverables are produced accurately and on time in line with agreed schedules.
- Create, manage, and maintain company barcodes using defined systems, tools, and procedures.
- Take ownership of key responsibilities while collaborating effectively with colleagues and independently prioritising workload to meet business objectives.
- Champion continuous improvement by keeping systems, documentation, and artwork processes current, compliant, and aligned with legislative and stakeholder requirements.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, confidently operate relevant artwork software tools, and uphold consistently high standards of accuracy.
- Quality & Collaboration
- Meet KPIs aligned to varying project timelines and artwork requirements.
- Provide a high standard of customer service to colleagues, customers, and suppliers, both remotely and in person.
- Perform accurate proofreading and print technical checks.
- Actively participate in external and internal stakeholder meetings and contribute to artwork project work updates.
- What We Are Looking For
- Experience of managing projects in a FMCG or Pharma artwork coordination process.
- Ideally, experience within the pharmaceutical sector or another regulated industry.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft 365 apps such as Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
