Role Purpose
As an MS&T Validation Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring processes remain validated, compliant, and continuously improving across their lifecycle. Acting as a front-line technical expert, you will work closely with production teams to resolve process-related challenges in real time, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant batch execution. You will also support the successful technology transfer and commercialization of new products, contributing to the ongoing growth and innovation of our portfolio.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Provide hands-on support to manufacturing, ensuring batches are delivered safely, on time, and in full compliance with cGMP and quality requirements.
- Lead and execute process validation activities, including validation, revalidation, and ongoing process verification (OPV), ensuring processes remain in a validated state.
- Drive data-led decision making by monitoring CPPs, CQAs, and process trends, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Support and deliver technology transfer projects, enabling successful scale-up and commercialization of new products.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative validation and process optimisation practices.
- Take ownership of key validation stages for new and existing equipment, including Performance Qualification.
- Lead or support investigations into deviations, OOS, and process issues, using scientific and statistical approaches to identify root causes.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting audits, training colleagues, and contributing to cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Quality, and Engineering.
Through your expertise, you will help ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality product delivery to patients.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and scientifically driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. You will bring:
- A degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
- At least 2 years experience in pharmaceutical or related industries (e.g. validation, QA, or MS&T) with exposure to cGMP and GDP.
- Strong knowledge of validation principles and lifecycle process validation.
- Proven process understanding within GMP manufacturing environments.
- Experience in liquids and/or creams manufacturing (highly desirable).
- Exposure to technology transfer, scale-up, or product launch activities (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
You will be comfortable working both on the shopfloor and in a technical environment, acting as an independent Subject Matter Expert who can own projects and drive results.
