Step into a role where you own the heartbeat of our Creams production. You will lead one of our core bulk manufacturing zones, driving safety, quality, cost efficiency and on-time delivery so that every batch meets our exacting standards and every business objective stays on track.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Own the hourly and shift-by-shift performance of your Creams zone, consistently hitting and exceeding targets across manufacturing, dispensing and cleaning phases.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 15 people, building capability and driving high performance.
  • Champion GMP and regulatory compliance, creating a zero-harm culture with strong Environment, Health & Safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement, stripping out non-value-added activity and deploying core Lean tools across your zone.
  • Partner with senior leaders and support function peers to ensure outstanding daily performance, recruitment and training.
  • Report performance clearly by hour, shift, week and month and take decisive action to address issues and keep results on track.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience leading teams in a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment, with solid exposure to controlled processes and GMP.
  • Strong working knowledge of core IT tools (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and confidence handling data and documentation.
  • Problem solving and effective root cause analysis experience.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled at managing and measuring team performance, creating a coaching culture, and motivating teams to deliver fast, focused results.
  • A role-model leader who lives company behaviours, champions compliance and equal opportunities, and treats everyone with dignity and respect.
  • Committed to safety and environmental responsibility, embedding these principles in daily operations, improvement work and long-term factory development.
