Significant experience in pharmaceutical business development, licensing, or portfolio strategy, with a proven track record in Generics. Deep understanding of UK generics market dynamics, supply models and launch processes. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including business case development (NPV, IRR, scenario modelling). Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Existing network of partners (e.g., CMOs, CDMOs, dossier providers) and a passion for the generics market. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and mapping tools, with familiarity in databases and prescription NPL processes.
