How you will make an impact:

  • Own and grow strategic relationships with external suppliers.
  • Shape and execute the portfolio strategy with key internal stakeholders.
  • Secure competitive commercial conditions and reliable product availability.
  • Drive performance, risk mitigation and optimization across the supply network.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage external supplier relationships end-to-end.
  • Define portfolio strategy and support launches with BD&L, Transfer and Launch teams.
  • Lead negotiations and support Tenders to keep products competitive.
  • Monitor markets, supplier KPIs and product lifecycle, including inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with affiliates, Supply Chain and Operational Purchasing.
  • Lead supplier business reviews and internal optimization projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in natural sciences, business administration or similar.
  • Proven experience in strategic procurement, ideally in pharma, chemical or food.
  • Experience with complex global supply networks and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytics and project management skills.
  • Confident problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication both written and spoken.
