How You Will Make An Impact:
- Manage operational interactions across markets to meet forecasted requirements.
- Plan and monitor the supply chain to ensure timely and GMP-compliant delivery.
- Optimize SAP APO for planning and converting purchase requisitions into orders.
- Negotiate supplier inventory parameters like safety stocks and lead times.
- Oversee new product introductions, packaging changes, and customer demand communication.
- Lead month-end and KPI reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide customer overviews at S&OP meetings and perform root cause analysis for improvements.
- Maintain and enhance supply chain processes and SOPs.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree or relevant qualifications (CIPS/APICS/BPICS) or progress towards them.
- Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in planning, purchasing cycles, and manufacturing processes.
- Capability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Pharma industry experience with GMP/GDP knowledge is a plus.
