Role Purpose
The Brand Manager will join STADA UK at a time of strong momentum, portfolio expansion, and organisational transformation. This role is pivotal in accelerating the growth of our Consumer Health brands by delivering in‑market excellence, driving flawless execution, and embedding a data‑driven, performance‑oriented mindset across the business. Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Insights, Medical, Regulatory, Supply and Sales teams, you will help shape and deliver the UK brand ambition while leveraging One STADA processes, frameworks, and performance culture to build brands that win with consumers, shoppers, and customers.
How You Will Make Impact
- 360 Brand management
- Contribute to the development of end‑to‑end brand strategy and positioning for your portfolio, ensuring a clear, insight‑led and consumer‑centric approach.
- Translate strategy into fully integrated 360° activation plans across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and e‑commerce channels.
- Lead day‑to‑day brand execution and communication with excellence, pace, and attention to detail.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer and customer touchpoints, safeguarding visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
- Support the Marketing Manager in portfolio‑level initiatives and cross‑brands alignment.
- Performance, Analytics and KPIs
- Manage Brand P&L and A&P budgets with a disciplined, ROI‑driven mindset and strong business case ownership.
- Lead weekly and monthly brand performance reviews (share, distribution, rate of sale, promotional efficiency, media KPIs).
- Leverage sell‑out data, retailer insights, digital analytics, and consumer research to build clear, actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of standardized reporting frameworks to improve visibility, decision‑making, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Track and optimise campaign performance across channels, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Innovation & Portfolio development
- Actively contribute to innovation pipelines through ideation, concept development, and business case preparation.
- Lead NPD/EPD projects from concept to launch readiness, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and on‑time delivery.
- Identify optimisation opportunities across the brand lifecycle (packaging, claims, formulations, go‑to‑market, channel mix).
- Support post‑launch evaluation and continuous improvement of innovation performance.
- Cross-Functional Ownership
- Act as a brand project manager across Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, and external agencies.
- Drive projects with enthusiasm, resilience, and accountability, ensuring clarity of roles, timelines, and deliverables.
- Demonstrate an owner’s mindset focused on outcomes, not tasks.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Health (strong advantage).
- Strong executional skills, with the ambition to deliver best‑in‑class brand building.
- High energy, hands‑on approach, and a positive, growth‑oriented mindset.
- Comfort working with digital platforms, insights, and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated early commercial acumen, with an understanding of key P&L drivers.
