Role Purpose
The Assistant Brand Manager will join STADA UK Thornton & Ross at a time of strong momentum, portfolio expansion, and organisational transformation. This role is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of our Consumer Health brands by contributing to in‑market execution, delivering high‑quality campaigns, and building strong marketing fundamentals within a fast‑paced environment. Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Insights, Medical, Regulatory, Supply, and Sales teams, you will support the delivery of the UK brand ambition while developing your skills across brand management, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.
How You Will Make Impact
- 360° Brand Support & Execution: Support the development and execution of brand plans, ensuring a consumer‑centric and insight‑led approach. Assist in delivering integrated 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and e‑commerce channels. Coordinate day‑to‑day brand activities with strong attention to detail and executional excellence. Help ensure consistency across all consumer and customer touchpoints, maintaining brand identity and messaging. Monitor competitor activity and support the team with insights and recommendations. Provide support to the Brand Manager on portfolio initiatives and cross‑brand projects.
- Performance, Analytics and KPIs: Support tracking of brand performance, including sales, market share, distribution, and campaign effectiveness. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports. Work with data sources (sell‑out data, digital analytics, and market insights) to identify trends and opportunities. Support budget tracking (A&P) and ensure alignment with agreed plans. Contribute to campaign optimisation by monitoring results and suggesting improvements.
- Innovation & Portfolio Development: Support innovation projects (NPD/EPD), helping coordinate timelines and cross‑functional inputs. Assist in concept development, packaging updates, and go‑to‑market preparation. Contribute to post‑launch analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Help identify opportunities to enhance brand performance across its lifecycle.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Support coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, and external agencies. Help track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones. Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Demonstrate a proactive, “can‑do” attitude and willingness to learn.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or a similar fast‑paced environment (including internships or placements).
- Strong organisational and executional skills, with great attention to detail.
- High energy, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Interest in digital marketing, insights, and data‑driven decision making.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Basic understanding of commercial drivers and brand performance metrics.
- Creative thinking combined with a willingness to take ownership.
