K.| Full-time | Permanent Lead the heartbeat of pharma manufacturing on the shopfloor.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll act in line with GMP and Quality regulations, making sure internal and external audit observations are closed on time and in full.

You’ll champion full compliance with all STADA requirements in data privacy, quality, integrity and compliance policies, and you’ll be a visible role model for STADA’s values—fostering a high-performance, growth-focused culture on the shopfloor.

As a true change agent, you’ll empower the wider teams, build accountability, and drive continuous & process improvement across filling and manufacturing departments, with a strong emphasis on efficiency/cost-saving initiatives, all while maintaining full adherence to global and local Health, Safety & Environmental requirements.

How You Will Make an Impact Lead the quality agenda on the shopfloor, improving business quality outcomes (BRFT, rejections, referrals, NONCs) and managing all Process Unit compliance documentation.

Drive process improvements across manufacturing and filling, using robust project plans and partnering with support functions to secure resources and meet KPIs.

Embed Continuous Improvement tools (Op Ex, Lean, 6S, Minitab) into everyday work, using visual plant concepts and KPI trending to deliver measurable gains in quality and efficiency.

Champion new concepts, information, and pharmaceutical technologies to continuously upgrade production practices and operating standards.

Build capability across the team through targeted training on quality documentation, Good Documentation Practice, and on-time CAPA rollout and procedure updates.

Safeguard compliance with STADA quality standards and local health authority (EMEA/HSE/GMP) requirements, while optimising people, productivity, and costs to achieve departmental goals efficiently.

What We Are Looking For Significant experience of working in Quality or Production QMS associated positions within pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing industry.

Solid knowledge of liquids and semi-solids manufacturing & filling shopfloor environments Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt qualification or similar Evidence of delivering CI, NONC (Deviation) & LIR processes, CAPA implementation & closure Demonstrable ability to work flexibly, navigating complex compliance & operations whilst collaborating successfully with a range of teams and stakeholders How we care for you At Thornton & Ross our purpose “Caring for people’s health as a trusted partner” motivates us every day.
