STADA UK Thornton & Ross – Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst
Huddersfield|United Kingdom (GB)|Full-time|12-month Fixed-Term Contract, with a preferred start date no later than 25 August 2025
We’re looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team on a 12-month maternity leave cover. In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive business performance by transforming data into actionable insights that empower the Rx Sales Team to achieve their goals on promoted brands. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining performance dashboards, leveraging multiple data sources, and helping to shape the overall data strategy for the Rx Hub. Your work will enhance data clarity, increase automation, and improve decision-making through modern analytics and visualization tools.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in UK Pharma, MedTech, FMCG or a related industry, who thrives on turning data into business impact.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc performance reports and dashboards for the Rx Hub.
- Provide insightful business intelligence to guide commercial strategy and decision-making.
- Support data initiatives across the Commercial Excellence team, including increased automation and data autonomy.
- Contribute to the evolution of our analytics ecosystem, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Continuously improve existing tools and challenge current processes with smarter, faster solutions.
- Collaborate effectively across departments, ensuring clarity and consistency in reporting and data usage.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Ongoing maintenance and enhancement of analytics assets.
- Timely delivery of accurate, insightful dashboards aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Contribution to the overall data maturity journey within the team.
- Demonstrated understanding of industry trends through regular insight-sharing.
What We Are Looking For
- University degree in sciences or social sciences
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or Commercial Effectiveness in UK Pharma, MedTech, FMCG or a related industry.
- Strong skills in data management and advanced Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva).
