About The Role:

As a Product Manager for Branded Generics within the Rx Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies that drive portfolio growth and achieve Net Sales targets. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners, you will ensure high‑quality, compliant campaigns and materials that align with STADA’s values: Agility, Integrity, Entrepreneurship, and One STADA.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Develop and implement brand plans for Branded Generics portfolios, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyse financial data, market trends, and competitor activity to optimise brand performance and strategy.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, managing the creation and approval of promotional and non‑promotional materials.
  • Ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and internal approval processes.
  • Support field teams with tools, materials, and brand training to enhance execution and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, market access, and supply chain teams to align initiatives with market demands.
  • Manage external agencies to deliver high‑quality assets on time and within budget.
  • Apply strong project management skills to meet timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

  • Education: Degree in business or life sciences; ABPI qualification preferred (or working towards).
  • Experience: A foundation in an Assistant Brand Manager/Marketing Executive role or as a recent Brand Manager, ideally within pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with brand planning, NHS structure, ABPI compliance and prescription medicines markets (Bone Health experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, project management, operational focus, numeracy, analytical abilities, and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
