As a Product Manager (Biosimilars & New Products) within STADA UK’s Rx Marketing team, you will drive the development and delivery of brand strategies and operational execution for biosimilars and new product launches. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager – Biosimilars & New Launches, you’ll ensure launch readiness and lifecycle management in a payer‑led NHS environment. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical skills and hands‑on marketing execution to deliver impactful results.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop and implement brand plans for biosimilars and new products, aligning with portfolio strategy and NHS priorities.
- Analyse market share, pricing, and competitive activity to optimise performance and inform lifecycle strategies.
- Lead end‑to‑end launch execution, ensuring operational readiness across pricing, access, supply and field execution.
- Create high‑quality promotional and non‑promotional materials compliant with ABPI Code of Practice.
- Support pricing and tender strategies through data analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical, Supply Chain and agency partners.
- Provide tools and training to Sales teams, enabling effective communication of biosimilar value propositions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Educated to degree level in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- ABPI qualified (or working towards) preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing (e.g., Marketing Executive, Assistant Brand Manager or Product Manager roles).
- Familiarity with biosimilars, established medicines, or hospital‑focused products desirable.
- Understanding of NHS customer dynamics and payer‑led commercial environments.
- Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or analytics tools is a plus.
