About the Role: As a Gx Accounts Executive, you’ll play a vital role in managing and developing relationships with smaller pharmaceutical wholesalers and pharmacy chains to drive sustainable growth and maximise commercial opportunities. This position balances sales and account management (70%) with providing administrative and operational support to the wider sales team (30%).
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with smaller pharmaceutical wholesalers and pharmacy chains to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and act on opportunities to increase product distribution, sales volume, and profitability within assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve growth targets.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and data management, to ensure the sales team operates efficiently.
- Coordinate customer onboarding processes and assist with operational communications.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, customer visits and industry events.

- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, meeting deadlines and supporting team processes.
- Self‑motivated with proactive problem‑solving skills and accountability for achieving targets.
- Business qualification or evidence of advanced training; ABPI certification or willingness to complete within two years of joining.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
