As a Graphic & Content Designer, you will be responsible for bringing campaigns to life through high-quality, engaging creative assets delivered across multiple channels and touchpoints. From digital campaigns and website content to retail and in-store materials, you will ensure creative ideas are translated into impactful and consistent brand experiences at speed.
This role partners closely with our dedicated E-commerce Content Designer, who focuses on conversion-led content (such as Amazon A+, PDPs, thumbnails and platform video). Together, you will help create a seamless journey from brand storytelling to purchase, combining creativity with commercial impact.
How You Will Make Impact- Campaign Asset Production: Adapt campaign concepts into complete multi-channel asset sets across paid media, websites and retail environments.
- Asset Adaptation & Build: Produce, resize and optimise assets to meet all platform, format and channel requirements, including creating additional assets where needed.
- Brand Consistency & Quality: Ensure all creative outputs are accurate, on-brand and visually consistent across all channels.
- Website & Retail Assets: Create and maintain website visuals and in-store/POS materials aligned with campaigns.
- Agency Rollout: Translate agency key visuals, creative concepts and toolkits into executable assets while ensuring efficient deployment across channels.
- Planning & Delivery: Manage workloads across multiple brands and deliver high-quality assets efficiently and on time, in collaboration with Brand teams and external agencies.
- E-commerce Alignment: Work closely with the E-commerce Content Designer to ensure consistency between campaign creative and conversion-focused content.

We are looking for a candidate who aligns with these values and brings the following:
- 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design or content production.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience producing digital and social media assets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working within an in‑house creative team in FMCG or Pharma would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of content formats, digital platforms and audience engagement.
- Ability to balance creativity with effective project management.
- Experience collaborating with e‑commerce, marketing and external agency teams.
- A hands‑on, practical and delivery‑focused mindset.
- Confidence working across multiple brands and priorities.
