Job Summary: We are looking for an ESO Manager to drive the future of our global supply network by turning strategic supplier relationships into a true competitive advantage.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Own and grow strategic relationships with external suppliers.
- Shape and execute the portfolio strategy with key internal stakeholders.
- Secure competitive commercial conditions and reliable product availability.
- Drive performance, risk mitigation and optimization across the supply network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage external supplier relationships end-to-end.
- Define portfolio strategy and support launches with BD&L, Transfer and Launch teams.
- Lead negotiations and support tenders to keep products competitive.
- Monitor markets, supplier KPIs and product lifecycle, including inventory levels.
- Collaborate with affiliates, Supply Chain and Operational Purchasing.
- Lead supplier business reviews and internal optimization projects.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in natural sciences, business administration or similar.
- Proven experience in strategic procurement, ideally in pharma, chemical or food.
- Experience with complex global supply networks and supplier management.
- Strong negotiation, analytics and project management skills.
- Confident problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication both written and spoken.
