How You Will Make An Impact

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate monitoring and coordination of the entire supply chain. This involves managing customer demand, optimizing stock levels, and guaranteeing timely and complete deliveries. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor the end-to-end supply chain, from raw materials and packaging to finished goods, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Your impact will also be seen in optimizing SAP for planning, negotiating inventory parameters with suppliers, and effectively managing new product introductions and customer demands. Furthermore, you will contribute to overall efficiency by producing KPI reports, performing root cause analyses for continuous improvement, and managing supply chain processes while adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the end-to-end supply chain, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from 3rd party manufacturers and suppliers through to release to sales in UK and International markets, on time and in full in a GMP compliant manner.
  • Optimise the use of SAP, through the maintenance and review of planning parameters.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on inventory management-related parameters, such as safety stocks, minimum order quantities, and lead times as required.
  • Manage new product introductions, packaging changes, and customer demands, ensuring volumes and requirements are communicated across the business.
