An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX transformation for a mid-market organisation. This role requires a delivery leader who has successfully managed end-to-end SAP programmes of similar scale and complexity, with a strong command of SAP Activate methodology, and the ability to balance structure with pragmatic execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Governance: Own the end-to-end project plan, milestones, and delivery across all SAP Activate phases. Establish and manage governance structures including status reporting, RAID logs, and steering committees. Ensure alignment across stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery partners.
- Delivery Management: Lead coordination across functional, technical, and integration workstreams. Ensure delivery of agreed outputs in line with scope, timelines, and quality expectations. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and the critical path.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders and programme sponsors. Drive decision-making, manage expectations, and handle escalations effectively. Communicate clearly at both operational and executive levels.
- Commercial & Execution Discipline: Track delivery against plan, effort, and budget. Maintain control over scope and support structured change management where required. Ensure strong delivery rigour and accountability across the team.
- Integrated Planning Across Workstreams: Ensure effective coordination with customer-led streams including data migration, testing, training, and change management. Provide structure and oversight to ensure these streams are aligned with the overall delivery plan.

- Proven experience delivering greenfield SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP CX programmes.
- Strong, hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology (mandatory).
- Demonstrated track record delivering mid-market SAP transformations of similar scope.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with disciplined delivery execution.
