The Role
- Experience with more than one UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation (configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer (Large implementation with more than 100K users, multiple countries, 1000+ stores)
- Hands on Experience with:

- Workforce Genies and calendars
- Data Access Control Concepts
- Custom Reports
- Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules etc.
- Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed basis.
- Experience in creating custom reports and experience with data migration to UKG Pro WFM.
- Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.
- Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
- Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
- Develop documentation for systems and processes.
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- 8+ years of UKG with experience of support and enhancements
- UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)
- Experience in Kronos WFC
- Independent and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
Good to Have
- Strong technical design, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in support project and customer facing roles
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation)
