The Role

We need an Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to support our Oracle Fusion related applications and delivery for one of the UK\’s large airline customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Functional Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and rollouts.
  • Gather and analyze payroll business requirements including:
    • Earnings, deductions, and statutory components
    • Payroll calendars, periods, and consolidation groups
    • Pre-payments, costing, and payment methods
    • Retro-pay, balances, and year-end processing
  • Configure payroll components such as:
    • Payroll definitions and payroll relationships
    • Element entries, classifications, and eligibility
    • Balances, balance feeds, and dimensions
    • Payroll costing and GL integration
  • Support payroll validation, parallel runs, UAT, and go-live activities.
