Work Location: Wokingham
Mode of Working: Hybrid (Office Requirement: 3 days)
The Role
To be responsible for delivery of application environments in Azure infrastructure for project work. Should be able to understand the requirements to provision Azure resources in reference to architecture and solution design document. Should be able to demonstrate the progress, dependencies, risks and be able to resolve conflicting priorities and deliver as per the timelines and costs.
Your Responsibilities
- Must have experience in creating Azure resources using Azure Resource Manager template, Terraform or Bicep.
- Must have experience in Azure DevOps tool to create and execute pipeline, especially on ADO.
- Must have experience in using Docker and Azure Kubernetes.
- Must have experience in creating and maintaining various Azure platform services like Storage account, Azure Container Registry, Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Experience in an infrastructure operation, administration, and engineering role.
- Experience in managing database and storage technologies.
- Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders.
- Quality delivery, continuous improvement and industry recognised best practices.
- Flexible with the ability to deliver under high pressure.
- A mature and professional individual who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Knowledge in Scrum, Agile and DevOps ways of working.
- Understanding of Virtual network peering and AD Synchronization.
- Create scripts/templates using Terraform.
