Job Summary:
- Automotive Technician in Chassis & Powertrain Electronics.
- Good knowledge on Automotive software flashing, diagnose, fault finding.
- Vehicle preparation, assemble and de-assemble in relation to fitting prototype parts.
- Good communication skills and strong team player to take stakeholder's support.
- Holding UK driving license.
Job Role:
- Design, assemble, and install data logging equipment for testing on the vehicle.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with vehicles, dataset calibrations and test equipment.
- Perform regular software updates to the vehicle to ensure they are running the latest versions.
- Verify the integrity and functionality of the software after updates.
- Calibrate front and rear radar systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform detailed checks and adjustments to maintain accuracy and safety standards.
- Adjust and calibrate night vision systems for maximum efficiency in low-light conditions.
- Conduct performance tests to verify night vision capabilities.
- Conduct wheel swaps for winter testing and part of vehicle testing procedures.
- Install and test prototype parts to evaluate their performance and compatibility.
- Test wire and Test Box make up to build the vehicle to spec.
- ETK (ECU development) Fitting (Engine / Transmission)
