Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced GCP/Data Factory Program Manager with 15+ years in the Telecom domain to lead strategic data transformation programs leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and modern data engineering frameworks. The role involves defining the data strategy, overseeing migration from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, and implementing scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using GCP services and Data Factory.
The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of data modernization initiatives that enable advanced analytics, AI/ML use cases, and operational efficiency.
Must have proven experience in large-scale transformation projects, strong knowledge of cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and security compliance, along with expertise in program governance, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
