Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Twin / AIOps Program Manager with 15+ years in the Telecom domain to lead end-to-end transformation programs that build network digital twin capabilities and scale AI-driven operations across OSS/BSS. You will own strategy, roadmap, and value realization-driving ingestion of multi-source telemetry, topology modeling, and real-time analytics to enable predictive assurance, event correlation, root-cause analysis, and closed loop automation. The role requires strong program governance, change management, and stakeholder alignment across architecture, operations, and vendor ecosystems, with clear KPIs (MTTR reduction, SLA adherence, cost-to-serve, CX uplift).
Key skills:
- Deep understanding of service assurance, fulfillment, and network operations;
- Hands-on with digital twin frameworks (topology/graph modeling, intent-based orchestration), AIOps platforms (anomaly detection, noise reduction, predictive insights), and streaming/data pipelines (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Dataflow);
- Familiarity with cloud-native (GCP/Azure/AWS), Kubernetes, API-first integration, and observability stacks (metrics, logs, traces);
- Experience in ML/AI (feature engineering, MLOps, model monitoring), automation frameworks (RPA/BPM/runbooks), and security/compliance;
- Proven leadership in large-scale digital transformation, operating model change, vendor management, and Agile/SAFe delivery.
