Job Summary:
We are seeking a Network Automation Business Analyst who will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for network automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in advanced automation domains, and deep knowledge of Telecom OSS. This role involves defining requirements, designing workflows, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions across multiple network layers. Should have worked in Agile Squads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements for network automation projects across Fixed, RAN, transport, and core networks.
- Define functional specifications for end-to-end service orchestration and assurance in both fixed & mobile domains.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to design automation workflows and integration points.
- Support initiatives like zero-touch automation, leveraging Data and AI/ML-driven operations for predictive and proactive network management.
- Document use cases, process flows, and integration requirements for automation platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Telecom OSS processes and their alignment with automation frameworks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems) mandatory.
- Proven experience in RAN automation, transport network automation, and end-to-end service orchestration.
- Familiarity with service assurance frameworks and zero-touch automation principles.
- Understanding of AI/ML-driven operations and data analytics in telecom environments.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and business analysis best practices.
