A leading Telecom company is seeking a seasoned Automation/Low-Code Program Manager with 15+ years of experience in the Telecom domain. In this hybrid role (3 days per week onsite in Reading), you will lead large-scale transformation programs to modernize OSS/BSS operations using low-code/no-code platforms and intelligent automation. You will be responsible for program strategy, roadmap, and delivery, driving process digitization and rapid application development while ensuring enterprise-grade governance, security, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end program strategy, roadmap, and delivery for automation and low-code/no-code initiatives.
- Drive process digitization, workflow orchestration, and rapid application development across telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems.
- Ensure enterprise governance, security, and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to prioritize high-impact use cases.
- Establish reusable components and scale automation through robust change management and demonstrable value realization.
- Lead large-scale digital transformation and operating model change with measurable KPIs (cycle-time reduction, cost-to-serve, quality, and CX uplift).
- 15+ years' experience in the Telecom domain with a focus on OSS/BSS.
- Deep understanding of telecom processes (service fulfillment, assurance, network operations).
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Appian) and automation tools (RPA, BPM, iPaaS, API orchestration).
- Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and benefits tracking.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and Agile/SAFe delivery capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, CI/CD, and security/compliance.
- Proven record in digital transformation, process re-engineering, and delivering operating model change with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Project/Program Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe) are highly desirable.
