Job Summary:
We are seeking a Telecom OSS Product Manager with strong expertise in Network Automation and AIOps to define product vision, shape the roadmap, and drive delivery of AI-driven, closed-loop automation capabilities across multi-domain telecom networks. The role involves translating operator needs into clear product requirements, enabling automation use cases such as event correlation, anomaly detection, RCA, predictive analytics, and auto-remediation across RAN, Transport, Core, and Cloud environments.
The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of OSS (fault, performance, topology, orchestration), TMF standards, cloud-native architectures, and integration with SDN/NFV platforms, along with experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and customer teams to bring high-impact automation solutions to market.
